The full trip cost is due at time of application. Payment can be made on our secure website or a check payable to C.A.M.P. can be sent to the above address.
In order to secure the best price for hotel rooms we are asking for applications to be submitted by October 1st. Submission after this date is will be subject to “rooms available”. Please contact us through the CONTACT page if you cannot apply by October 1. We do not want anyone to miss a trip if possible.
Guidelines for those purchasing their own plane tickets:
Do not purchase a ticket without confirmation from C.A.M.P. of your reservation. Submitting a registration form for a group does not guarantee that a place is available for you in that group.
Arrivals in Costa Rica should be between noon and 4 p.m. if possible.

If you will be traveling with an immediate family member, they are entitled to a discounted price. The additional member’s rate will be
$1565.00. Have them check the box on the registration page.
